3.4 Verification. 1plusph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
4.1 To access real-money gaming services on 1plusph, you must create an Account by completing the registration form and providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
4.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.3 You agree to promptly notify 1plusph of any changes to your registered information by updating your Account profile or contacting customer support.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
5.2 All transactions and gaming activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. 1plusph accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1plusph customer support immediately via live chat. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension of the Account.
5.4 1plusph will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 1plusph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1plusph Platform:
6.2 Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
7.1 1plusph may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the relevant promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
7.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. 8.1 1plusph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform's cashier page. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time.
8.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
8.3 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 1plusph reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources.
8.4 1plusph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 1plusph accepts no responsibility.
9.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet linked to your Account.
9.2 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, 1plusph is required to verify your identity in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
9.3 GCash and PayMaya withdrawals of amounts below ₱50,000 are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1plusph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
13.2 1plusph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
14.1 1plusph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 1plusph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 1plusph cannot guarantee absolute security.
15.1 1plusph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to 1plusph customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
16.3 1plusph operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Complaints that cannot be resolved through our internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with their published complaints procedure.
